Dietbet sets a goal of losing 4% of your body weight in 4weeks. To begin, you place a "Bet" on yourself (e.g. $30) and you weigh in. After the 4weeks are up, you weigh in again and if you haven't lost 4% of your body weight then you lose your bet. However, if you have successfully lost the weight, you receive your bet back PLUS split the unsuccessful bets with the winners!
